Prenova’s enabling technology and proprietary set of tools, processes, and solutions operate in real-time, collecting extensive and detailed amounts of market and customer operational data. Intelligent agents created by Prenova mine our data warehouse, applying predictive diagnostics for analyzing trends to identify risks and opportunities as well as optimizing the price paid for energy and improving energy efficiency performance. Prenova’s ability to identify early signs of failing assets and then to quickly act remotely to avoid equipment breakdown is a key ingredient for improving energy efficiencies and reducing carbon emissions. Prenova’s intelligent agents automatically and remotely restore optimal operating performance levels before failure occurs, delivering sustainable savings and predictable financial outcomes.

Prenova’s solution delivery platform is able to analyze and take action automatically, providing solutions and services for managing tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of customer facilities in real-time. While today all facilities served are located in North America, there are no technology constraints precluding Prenova from expanding its services across the world. All facilities are capable of being served from Prenova’s Network Operations Center in Marietta, Georgia. While today Prenova focuses on services to businesses, there are no constraints inherent in Prenova’s technology platform that would prevent us from also addressing the needs of residential markets.

Prenova’s enterprise services delivery platform draws on over 900 independent electronic market data sources as well as assimilating a range of operational data acquired in real-time from customer facilities into Prenova’s data warehouse. Prenova’s delivery platform includes seamless interfaces with all utility bill payment service companies to facilitate the downloading of years of historical utility consumption data for analyzing usage performance and creating load profiles.  Prenova’s platform interacts in real-time with all energy management and building management systems. Through these capabilities, we create visibility into emerging market events, assess the potential impact on our customers’ facility portfolios, and deliver the ability for executing remotely to achieve targeted results.

Prenova’s platform offers on-line reporting via PreVue®, our state of the art, web based reporting and tracking system for visibility and manageability of customers’ information and results.
