Prenova not only designs energy and environmental management strategies, we also partner with our customers in the implementation and accountability for delivering targeted outcomes.  Results are regularly measured against the energy management and climate protection plans created in collaboration with the customer to ensure that business goals are met.

Problem:  How can a company establish an energy management and climate protection strategy addressing the full range of business challenges?  What are the optimal means to manage energy price volatility and renewable energy?  How does a company best manage consumption, peak demand, asset/equipment performance, energy efficiencies, and maintenance costs?  Finally, how does a company establish relevant objectives, benchmarks, and milestones to ensure that the plan is on track for delivering value?

Solution:  We begin our engagement by working collaboratively with our customers to establish a Strategic Energy Management and Climate Protection Plan against which all programs are tracked.

Creating a comprehensive energy strategy demands a specific blend of market knowledge, domain expertise, and insight into our customers’ business needs. The Prenova Account Executive assigned to each customer ensures that there is a clear and complete strategy for identifying risks and opportunities, as well as for setting a course of action for implementation and ongoing support of agreed plans.  We then execute on the plan collaboratively with the customer, track results, and then fine-tune the process for continuous improvement.
