Reactive Monitoring

Prenova’s Reactive Monitoring solution helps ensure critical building systems, such as HVAC and lighting equipment, function properly.  Prenova staff monitor the performance of these systems from our remote Operations Control Center and are on hand 24/7 to respond to inbound service requests and system alarms. Using sophisticated diagnostic tools, they can quickly determine the source of most problems and, if a system is malfunctioning, attempt to resolve the issue. This minimizes the need for expensive field service calls. If a problem cannot be resolved remotely, Prenova alerts the customer’s facilities organization or dispatches a third-party service provider.
