Proactive Monitoring helps customers reduce energy consumption by improving the efficiency of HVAC, lighting, and other critical building systems. Skilled technicians in our Operations Control Center perform ongoing diagnostics using Prenova’s advanced Asset Optimization technology. These tests indicate whether systems are functioning properly, within predefined operating standards. When performance issues occur, they take immediate action, analyzing test results to identify the cause of the problem, and then attempting to resolve it remotely. If this is not possible, the problem is referred to the customer’s facilities organization or a designated third party.
