ATLANTA, GA – January 23, 2006 – Prenova announced today that it has signed a two-year extension with one of the largest multi-site retailers in the United States. Prenova will continue to provide Bill Data Management, including bill audit, deposit recovery and rebates, and Bill Payment Program management. The extension reflects the continuing confidence in the quality of performance provided by Prenova. The two companies are currently in discussions regarding additional solutions that will deliver even more energy savings.
Through its Bill Data Management solution, Prenova performs a series of powerful proprietary processes on the customer’s utility bill data to identify bill errors (including rate and tariff reviews) and anomalies, which Prenova investigates and resolves. Prenova then ensures that these corrections are sustained in all subsequent bills. The corrected billing information is then available through Prenova’s web-based digital dashboard tool PreVue®. Prenova's PreVue web application is the "window" through which the customer views, understands, and manages the impact of energy performance. PreVue provides standard views of facility and portfolio performance for usage and cost, and offers quick links to all services rendered by Prenova. All customer analytics are accessed through PreVue.
Furthermore, Prenova will provide all deposit recovery and rebate management issues on behalf of the customer. Prenova ensures that the customer is in a position to capture any savings or credits for which it is eligible and that no unnecessary deposits are outstanding. Prenova will complete all paperwork required, submit for approval, and follow through with participating utilities to ensure that rebates are applied correctly.
