Prenova Delivers Record Performance in 2009

Atlanta, GA - January 20th, 2010 - Prenova, Inc., a privately held energy services provider managing over $2 billion in energy spend for dozens of leading brands, today announced results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year end, dated December 31st 2009. Revenue for the year was up over 30% as the company recorded its highest quarterly sales ever. Prenova delivered quarter-over-quarter recurring revenue growth for the fourteenth consecutive quarter, with Q4 sales increasing 46% over the same period in 2008. Financial results for 2009 also included a 94% improvement in EBITDA versus the previous year.
