Michael Nark, President and CEO
Michael Nark joined Prenova as President and CEO in October of 2007. He has a proven track record of building successful, efficient organizations and experience in leading companies to profitable growth. Michael has a broad background in technology-enabled service delivery businesses and extensive experience in sales, marketing and operations. He most recently served as President and CEO of GEOCOMtms, a privately-held fleet management services provider to the oil and gas marketplace. Under Michael’s leadership, an expanded product offering was brought to market bringing sustainable, profitable growth for the company. This growth provided a solid foundation and propelled it to a strategic sale of the company to RedPrairie.

Prior to joining GEOCOMtms, Michael served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Datastream, a company that provides asset management software to more than 60 percent of the Fortune 500. At Datastream, he was responsible for the management of the global sales force and field operations. Michael successfully implemented several initiatives which integrated the various sales organizations, resulting in significant efficiency improvements and double digit license growth. Prior to joining Datastream, he served as Vice President of Sales for Logility (Nasdaq: LGTY), a leading provider of collaborative solutions to optimize the supply chain, where he effectively repositioned the sales organization around vertical markets and drove a results-based ROI sales model. Additionally, Michael has served as Executive Director of Sales Operations for Honeywell International’s Industrial Automation and Control division where he oversaw annual revenue production in excess of $280 million and guided a multi-million dollar open network systems business.

Mike Hammer, CFO
Mike Hammer is a seasoned senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in both financial and operational leadership positions within the Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services sectors. Mike’s expertise includes significant experience in developing and executing growth and process improvement initiatives. This expertise serves Prenova’s ability to support and grow Prenova’s business with Fortune 500 organizations in key vertical markets.

Prior to joining Prenova, Mike held director level positions with The Home Depot and General Electric, where he honed his financial skills as well as obtaining a Black Belt certification. In his most recent position with The Home Depot, he delivered for his group a 30%+ increase in annual growth, improved customer satisfaction, and simplified program processes, while successfully launching numerous new services and improving overall financial performance.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, and a MBA in Marketing and Finance from Case Western Reserve University.

Kathy Montgomery, Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Design
A classical marketer, Kathy Montgomery fulfills her role as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Design blending proven technique with resourceful application. Kathy's experience includes extensive involvement in marketing controllership, segmentation, new service development and brand management. Applying all of these disciplines, Kathy helps to ensure Prenova’s position as a market leader that offers a comprehensive energy-centric solution suite to fill customer needs.

Kathy has held executive marketing positions with respected consumer and business-to-business companies, including Ciba-Geigy and John Harland. She has served as Director of Marketing for United Parcel Service, Director of Worldwide Marketing for BP Amoco Polymers, Inc., and most recently Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning for Recall Corporation.
Kathy received a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude with a double major in Finance and Quantitative Methods from Babson College. She was awarded an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Harvard Business School.

Mark Newsome, Sr. Vice President of Sales
Mark Newsome is an accomplished executive with more than 15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. He has an excellent grasp of the energy market and areas of intelligent logic and control systems required for managing facilities and assets, both in the industrial and commercial arenas. This knowledge base serves Prenova well as Mark leads efforts to introduce Prenova’s solutions to Fortune 500 organizations in the retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Prenova, Mark served at Honeywell, where he successfully led national sales teams. In an earlier assignment with Logility, Inc, as Director of Global Business Development, Mark was instrumental in creating new opportunities and channels to support the service expansion of the venture start-up technology company.
Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Phil Engle, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
As Prenova’s Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Phil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s legal and insured risk activities.

Phil came to Prenova from his post a Chief Legal Officer of i2Go, a technology start-up company. Prior to that role, Phil was a member of the Johnson Controls executive team that created the Integrated Facility Management business, which grew from a few million dollars in revenues to multi-billion dollar company. He also is a seasoned executive in international business ventures.
Phil holds a BA degree from the University of Vermont, an MPA and JD from American University, and an MBA from Emory University.
