Prenova delivered a 20% increase in recurring revenue versus the previous quarter, marking the company’s sixteenth consecutive quarter of growth. Year-over-year revenue was also up 20%.
The primary responsibility of Project Administrator is to coordinate and manage activities required in the delivery of Prenova’s project oriented field service solutions. This position will work in support of the Field Services Program Manager.
Candidates must be organized, enthusiastic, dependable, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment. In addition, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in and contributing to a process driven environment.

Project proposal generation and tracking
Project status tracking and reporting
Project cost tracking and reporting
Material ordering and tracking
Material management and shipping
Contractor scheduling and coordination
Required Experience & Education
Four-year college degree in Business Administration or Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Technical Skills
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Familiarity with project based accounting principles for construction projects
Basic understanding of project management methods and processes
Working knowledge of business processes
Knowledge of HVAC and Energy Management design and operation is a plus

Location & Travel
This position is located at our corporate office at 400 Northridge Road, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA.
General office environment, with extended periods working at a desk on a computer.
No travel is anticipated.
Working Conditions
Average minimum of 40 hours per week, with frequent deadlines and extra work before or after normal hours often required.
