Prenova delivered a 20% increase in recurring revenue versus the previous quarter, marking the company’s sixteenth consecutive quarter of growth. Year-over-year revenue was also up 20%.
The primary responsibility of this position is to work with one or more large accounts, under the direction of the Operations team leadership. The objective is to help Prenova customers control their energy spend by reducing utility costs and optimizing the consumption of energy.
The Program Manager works hand-in-hand with customers to develop, implement, and sustain an energy management strategy using Prenova energy solutions. Activities require working with customers at tactical and strategic levels as well as close coordination with various internal and contract solution delivery teams.
Successful candidates must be technically oriented, exceptional communicators, organized, enthusiastic, and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment. In addition, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working in and contributing to a process-driven environment.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Primary Prenova contact for assigned accounts
Creation of Energy strategies for retail and commercial clients (Supply and Demand Strategies)
Implementation of selected energy services/solutions with in the customers operation and Prenova solution lines (On-boarding)
Working directly with the Prenova solution delivery operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of implemented Prenova solutions
Analyze energy spend / consumption patterns against selected KPI’s and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate
Timely communication of the status and performance of implemented solutions (Supply Side Services, Energy Spend/Consumption, Reactive and Proactive Monitoring Services, Field Services activity)
Management of contracted field service solution providers in the delivery of project and recurring field service solutions (EMS, Mechanical, Electrical trades)
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or Project Management
3 -5 years experience in similar professional role
Equivalent combination of required education and professional experience (salary commensurate with experience)
Required Technical Skills
Demonstrated success in coordinating the efforts of various internal and external teams in the delivery of energy services/solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principals in the delivery of a solution or service
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of existing and new demand-side energy concepts and strategies and the implementation these strategies in the marketplace
Working knowledge of energy procurement and utility management services in the commercial/retail market
Possess a basic understanding of data management processes
Working knowledge of energy/utility business processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Location & Travel
The Program Manager is based out of our corporate office at 400 Northridge Road, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA.
General office environment, with extended periods working at a desk on a computer
30% travel is anticipated
Working Conditions
Average minimum of 40 hours per week, with frequent deadlines and extra work before or after normal hours often required.
