Prenova delivered quarter-over-quarter recurring revenue growth for the fifteenth straight quarter, while year-over-year revenue was up 26%, and average revenue per customer location increased by over 5%.
This position requires experience in resolving customer billing issues. Specialists required to research and resolve problems with customer bills that are identified through bill payment service exceptions process. Requires extensive communication with utility customer service representatives, client accounting personnel, and internally within the Prenova team. Candidate must be able to independently solve problems, proactively communicate issues to customers, follow up on commitments, and analyze current and historical quantitative data to drive resolution of time-sensitive problems.
