Michael J. Nark – President & Chief Executive Officer

Michael Nark, Prenova’s President & Chief Executive Officer, has a proven record building successful organizations and leading companies to profitable growth. His background includes executive leadership roles in a variety of technology-enabled service delivery businesses and extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to joining Prenova, Michael served as President & CEO of GEOCOMtms, a privately-held fleet management services provider to the oil and gas marketplace. Under Michael’s leadership, the company expanded its product footprint, driving rapid growth, which resulted in the strategic sale of the company to RedPrairie.

Michael D. Hammer – Chief Financial Officer

Mike Hammer, Prenova’s Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience within the retail, manufacturing, and financial services sectors. His background includes development and implementation of growth and process improvement initiatives. This critical experience supports Prenova’s efforts to expand its business within Fortune 500 organizations and key vertical markets. Prior to joining Prenova, Mike held senior-level positions with The Home Depot and General Electric, where he honed his financial skills and obtained Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Mark S. Newsome – Senior Vice President, Sales

Mark Newsome is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in sales and business development. He has an excellent grasp of the energy market and has worked with the intelligent logic and control systems required for managing facilities and assets, both in the industrial and commercial arenas. This knowledge base serves Prenova well as Mark leads efforts to introduce the company’s solutions to Fortune 500 organizations in the retail, commercial, and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Prenova, Mark served as Director of Sales for Honeywell International.

Kathleen E. Montgomery – Vice President, Customer C.A.R.E. & Energy Analytics

Kathy Montgomery fulfills her role as Vice President of Customer C.A.R.E. & Energy Analytics through a blend of strategic leadership, proven analytical skills, and resourcefulness. She represents the voice of the customer within Prenova and is responsible for ensuring the company delivers consistently positive results for its customers. Kathy’s global experience features positions with leading consumer and business-to-business companies, including Ciba-Geigy, United Parcel Service, and BP Amoco Polymers, Inc.  Prior to joining Prenova, Kathy was Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning for Recall Corporation.

Philip W. "Whit" Engle –Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary

Philip “Whit” Engle, Prenova’s Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s legal and insured risk activities, and is active in the company’s sustainability practice. Prior to joining Prenova he successfully helped grow public and private companies (a division, in the case of Johnson Controls) from a few million dollars to well over a billion dollars in annual revenue. Whit has lived and worked in the U.S. and overseas, is qualified as an attorney in the US and as a solicitor in England and Wales, is multilingual, and is an authorized trader on the Chicago Climate Exchange.
