- Reverse Energy Auctions: Prenova’s delivery platform supports reverse energy auctions directly from our customer’s procurement systems. We have also created a strategic alliance and integrated services delivery with EnergyWindow (www.energywindow.com), a leading reverse auction market service. This alliance supplements our own proven process for developing and creating competitive energy commodity offerings to optimally meet our customers’ risk and financial requirements.
- Utility Bill Payment Provider Services: Prenova offers seamless integration with all third party bill payment processors currently operating in North America (e.g. Cass; Avista; SourceNet; SMR; NISC; etc). This allows us to import historical utility bill data for use in analyzing load profiles, assessing energy price and tariff opportunities and risks, developing performance baselines and benchmarks, and creating budgets. Cass is our preferred partner if a customer is not currently contracted with a third party utility bill payment service.
- Alternative Energy Sourcing Providers: Prenova has been working with both technology and service providers (e.g. Alliance, Siemens, etc.) to bring forward, where appropriate, innovative, economical, green power alternatives to conventional fossil fuels-based energy sources.
- Demand Response Service Providers: Prenova has developed and now extends to customers its own enterprise services delivery platform for demand response solutions. In addition, for certain markets, we have created alliances with major Demand Response service companies (e.g. Constellation; EnerNOC, etc.) and are continuing to develop relationships with others. This allows Prenova to offer customers a range of choices as well as create the opportunity for extracting the maximum economic value.
- Demand-Side Service Providers: Prenova works today in several markets, both contractually and informally, with major service providers such as Trane and Siemens. This allows us to augment our remote sustainability offering to address requirements for on-site audit, survey, recommissioning, and other project work. We also conduct remote VirtualAuditsSM of recommissioning work performed to provide QA and acceptance reviews of the work performed. Our remote, technology-enabled, real-time assessment offers on-going predictive diagnostics and optimization required to sustain energy efficiencies achieved through these demand-side initiatives.
- Mechanical Maintenance Services Providers: Prenova works today in many markets with customer third party service companies (e.g. Coil Tech, Azzizi, Trane, Acco , CCD Inc., Donnelly Mechanical, etc.) by exercising Prenova’s enterprise delivery platform. We remotely diagnose asset and equipment operating performance to identify current and impending failures. We then provide these companies with punch lists and recommendations used by their teams for servicing these assets. Prenova also runs remote assessment routines after mechanical maintenance work has been performed to provide QA feedback and performance scoring of services rendered.
- Control Systems Technology Product Providers: Prenova holds licenses from existing EMS technology providers and is currently operating across thousands of sites in real-time to support customer operations and optimize their energy use. Prenova’s enterprise delivery platform is integrated with all major control systems providers (e.g. Honeywell, Siemens, Trane, Johnson Controls, Carrier, York, Novar, ALC, etc.) to name a few. In addition, for certain customer sites, Prenova has developed (together with Honeywell, Echelon and Stromquist) its PivotSM control system product and service designed to meet the customized requirements of these facilities. Trials are being rolled out for finalizing a telco cell site model solution.
- Retail Energy Supply Companies: Prenova has developed relationships with all major national retail energy supply companies as well as leading regional supply companies to jointly shape cutting-edge products for addressing customer requirements. Prenova’s Energy Supply Management team has regular review sessions with these Retail Supply companies to discuss performance to current requirements and review emerging products.
- Energy Utility Provider Companies: Prenova has developed relationships with all utilities throughout major metropolitan areas to shape services that better meet our customers’ needs and to stay ahead of emerging market programs and changes in rates.
